Argus Educational Student Program – 2017 Fall Scholarship Recipients

At Argus Dental & Vision, we recognize that the recipe for success is magnified through education. That is why we have created the Argus Educational Student Program (A.E.S.P.), designed to provide supplemental assistance for the cost of education to deserving individuals within the Argus family.

“We are proud to support Argus employees who have demonstrated conscientiousness and who have worked vigorously to achieve educational excellence,” Dr. Nicholas M. Kavouklis, D.M.D., CEO and President of Argus Dental & Vision, Inc.

The Argus Educational Student Program is pleased to announce the first two scholarship recipients for Fall of 2017:

Antonaa Roberts, Provider Relations Grievance & Appeals Liaison at Argus, and Business Student at Penn Foster College.

MacGregor Chase Main, Dental Student at University of Louisville.

“This opportunity is a blessing for me and will help me reach my goals as I work towards obtaining my degree in the Business Management/Healthcare Management field. I wasn’t blessed with financial aid assistance and my school is strictly based on out-of-pocket expenses, which restricted me from completing school in my younger years. Now that I am enrolled again and eager to graduate, this scholarship has really come at a great time and my family and I are so appreciative of this opportunity. I am really grateful to Argus Dental & Vision for creating this scholarship, and for believing in me, encouraging me to pursue my dreams, motivating me to become the best leader that I can be, and also for opening doors for others to become involved with the scholarship. This is appreciated and is such a blessing, thank you so much Argus!”

Antonaa’ Roberts, Provider Relations Grievance & Appeals Liaison at Argus, Business Student at Penn Foster College.

“My dream of attending dental school is happening, thanks to generous educational scholarships like Argus Dental & Vision Scholarship Program (AESP). Since being named one of the 2017 recipients of the AESP, my dental dream has become a reality as I am a first-year dental student at University of Louisville, School of Dentistry. The scholarship award gives me an opportunity to earn skills that will serve the dental community following graduation. Argus’ scholarship will help me with the cost of special training and dental tools. I am grateful to Argus for the vote of confidence and the scholarship. I am committed to my education and to the health care field, and am one step closer to becoming a dentist, thanks to the continued generosity of the Argus Scholarship.”
